  • Hidden in the middle of the Karoo on a very remote farm this pavilion floats above its hilltop location and provides seemingly endless views over the stark Karoo landscape.

    The house is completely self-sustainable and solar power is used for all electrical needs as well as the pumping of water onto the site

    Featuring a metal clad outer skin to create texture and to keep maintanance to a minimum, the dark colour dissolves the house into the landscape.

    The layout includes 3 bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and lounge area expands out onto a large deck with views of the valley on the nourthern side of the house.
